The very best way to preserve food is freeze drying. Freeze drying is able to keep all of the nutrients since it removes the water from food at freezing temperatures, instead of using heat. Plus, freeze drying is easy and allows you to preserve all your favorite foods – fruits, vegetables, leftovers, soups, casseroles, you name it. And all of it will last years longer than either dehydrated or canned food.
If you’re looking for the very best way to preserve food for you and your family, you’re going to love the Harvest Right freeze dryer. Learn more at https://harvestright.com/
There are so many reasons to freeze dry at home with a Harvest Right freeze dryer. Preserve your garden produce, create the perfect emergency food supply, make camping meals and healthy snacks. Unlike other methods of food preservation, freeze drying does not shrink or toughen the food, and retains flavor, color, and nutrition.
Refrigerated, frozen, and canned food just don’t last very long. Freeze dried food will last up to 25 years and does not need to be to be rotated like other foods. Freeze dried food is perfect for home storage.
Freeze drying maintains 97% of the nutritional value of the food. Other methods of preservation, such as canning and dehydrating, use high temperatures that destroy much of the food value.
Freeze drying works great for fruits and vegetables, but unlike other options, it also perfectly preserves meat, fish, dairy, eggs, ice cream, and even fully-cooked meals.
If you can press a button, you can freeze dry! Simply press start on the touch screen, and the patented Smart Freeze technology senses when it’s done. Everything is automatic.
Not only will the food you freeze dry at home look and taste better than store-bought freeze-dried food, it’s much less expensive! Freeze dry all of your leftover meals, and you’ll save even more money.
There's a fairly common misconception that the terms "dehydrated food" and "freeze-dried food" are the same, but clearly are not. Knowing the difference helps when deciding how to store and preserve food for your family.
Freeze drying is a relatively modern process. Freeze-dried foods offer a longer shelf life, lower moisture content, and generally taste better than dehydrated or canned foods. Freeze-dried foods rehydrate faster and also retain their original shape, texture, and color. A far greater variety of foods can be freeze dried than can be dehydrated or canned. Imagine trying to use a home dehydrator to preserve an ice cream sandwich, a raw egg, or cheese. It would fail miserably. Not so with freeze dried.

Kaliyug is characterized by a decline in virtue and an increase in vice. Moral values and human decency erode during this age, leading to widespread societal decay.
It is also marked by a decline in people's spiritual inclinations and practices. True knowledge of the divine and adherence to dharma (righteousness or duty) are said to diminish.
This era is associated with suffering, conflict, and confusion. It is believed that materialism overtakes spiritual goals, leading to strife both at individual and societal levels
Until and unless we have good people occupying important positions in India - NOTHING will change. And that change begins with YOU.
1. Become part of the political process, or take an active interest in learning about the Politics, Economics, and History of this country. There's absolutely no pride in being apolitical.
2. Please choose your Role Models wisely in Life. It is sad that modern-day India has casually replaced scientists and makers of modern India with reel creators.
Standards of society are dictated by who the members of society admire. Please think twice before you casually replace your legends so casually.
I hope - some of you will hopefully start thinking beyond party or religion-based politics and will fight for good economics.
We are working with many future MLAs/IAS/IFS/IPS/ Policy Consultants/Management Consultants
and preparing them to occupy important positions in this country.
If you'd like to be part of my mission - please reach out, and share it with others.
This country has enormous potential, and we should make it our duty to work towards it.

Адыгэ джэгум ишапхъэхэмэ нэ1уасэ шъуафэхъунэ шъуфаемэ шъукъеблагъ.
This short video summarises the standards of the traditional Circassian Dance (Adyghe Jegu).
песня в видео: Семён Фролов - Птицы
The Circassian flag (Adyge nyp) is the national flag of the Circassians. It consists of a green cloth decorated with twelve golden stars, nine of which form an arc resembling a bow, and three horizontal ones, also decorated with three crossed arrows in the center. According to one theory, Seferbiy Zanoko, a Circassian diplomat, is the author of the flag. Circassians celebrate Circassian Flag Day on April 25 every year. Currently, this version of the flag is officially used by the Republic of Adygea of the Russian Federation.
The green color represents nature and Islam. The golden color represents a bright future in the world and an abundance of grain and wheat crops. The twelve stars symbolize the twelve provinces of Circassia. The three arrows symbolize the Adyghe khabze, meaning "peace if you are my friend, and war if you attack me."
David Urquhart, as he himself claimed, was the creator of this flag, but no evidence of his words has been found. The Circassian flag was mentioned and described by the traveler Edmund Spencer in 1830
The first copy of the flag was personally presented by British delegate James Stanislaus Bell to Nur Muhammad Hagur in the Gesh Valley (on the territory of modern Sochi). A council was held in the Psefabe Valley, attended by representatives of Circassian tribes, at which the flag was presented and adopted. Then Hirtsijiko Ale raised the flag to the cheers of the Circassian commanders and many people.
The Circassian people have been using this flag since its first appearance, including during the Russian-Circassian war. The flag is considered one of the symbols of the Circassian people all over the world. This flag was also used by Circassians in the Circassian diaspora, who held various positions.

Documentary film “The Man from Psibe Village” on the Circassian settlement of Psibe in Shapsughia in westernmost Circassia, made in 1972.
Director: Gennady Kraskov
Operator: Yuri Musatov
Produced by: Rostov Newsreel Studio
Year: 1972
The film is about the work of the rural postman X’useyn Achmiz (Ацумыжъ), a resident of the Circassian village of Psebe (Псыбэ [Psibe], in Circassian), “in the Adigean Autonomous Oblast”. It depicts the life in a (Shapsugh) Circassian village in the early 1970s. Although the village Psebe is billed as being in the Adigean Autonomous Oblast, it is actually in the Shapsugh Region, to the north of the town of Tuapse. Psibe (Псыбэ) literally means “Water Abundant” in Circassian. It has a population of a few hundreds, mainly Circassians. The number of villagers has been decreasing in the past few decades.
It is hoped that the Shapsugh Region would be joined to the Republic of Adigea for the benefit of both the Adigeans and Shapsugh. Adigea would then have access to the Black Sea, and the Shapsugh would benefit from the Circassian language and culture institutions in Adigea, which would stem the rising tide of assimilation.
Scenes:
• Postman X’useyn Achmiz travels with his horse across the Shapsugh countryside. He knows every nook and cranny in this ancient land of the Shapsugh Circassians.
• View of the Psibe village in the Shapsugh Region (in westernmost Circassia).
• The postman goes through the village, handing out letters and telegrams to villagers.
• The villagers are dancing, talking.
• Pioneers lay flowers at the monument to those killed in the Great Patriotic War (World War II).
• New-born baby is blessed by the elders, in accordance with ancient Circassian customs.
• Postman Achmiz takes part in “sch’ihafi” [«шIыхьафы»], an ancient Circassian custom whereby the residents of a village assemble to build or fix a house for or needy family on a voluntary basis.
• Postman hands a woman a “talking letter”. She listens to it on a record-player. “I am alive and kicking, and doing alright. My work is also going well! ...”
• Road construction near Psibe connecting to Adigea. Cars drive on the road.
• View of the village Psebe.
• Postman X’useyn Achmiz travelling on a treacherous mountain path.

HRH PRINCE ALI BIN AL HUSSEIN INTERVIEW
(THE ADYGHE DOCUMENTARY - ADİGE BELGESELİ*)
Ürdün (HRH) Prensi Ali Bin El Hüseyin'in 1997 yılında farklı ülkelerden gelen ve 12 Adige kabilesini temsil eden 12 atla Kafkaslar'a uzanan yolculuğu anlatılıyor:
"... Yol boyunca her durduğumuz yerde dans ediyorduk.

How can you preserve your culture in a melting pot of cultures?
This question is important with global migration due to wars, natural disasters, and violence in so many places in the world. Now we all hunger to discover our DNA, our heritage, our origins. It's human nature to want to trace back our ancestry.
Join Suhein Beck in this episode as she invites brother Yusef and sister Maza Eshak to discuss how and why they are working so hard to preserve our ancient Circassian / Adighe Culture here in Southern California, USA.
A special tribute to their father, Zuher Eshak Melgoush, with appreciation & encouragement for them to keep inspiring the NEXT generation to HOLD THE KEY OF CULTURE onward!
**Circassians were expelled by the Russians after a150+/- years of war/genocide in the Caucasus Mountains of Southern Russia between the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea. The fear of extinction has driven Circassians around the world to a passionate obsession of holding on to their heritage. Since May 21, 1864, Circassians have thrived all over the Mideast, Europe, America, and Australia and have proven to be resilient in spirit and keeping their fundamental traditions alive.
This video proves the Circassian spirit is still vibrant and continues.
Suhein Beck presents this episode as a testimony of human nature's innate need to identify our roots. We can roam the earth freely, but there is always some form of pull-back in our souls to self-reflect.
Please share your thoughts about YOUR culture and what you enjoy of your own history...

Circassia the Day After:
Future Circassia
By: Adel Bashqawi
August 2, 2023
Introduction
Although the title of my Paper is “Circassia the next day”, which is the time
when dozens of peoples and nations will be able to recover their legitimate rights from the Russian state, it is appropriate to remember some of what happened in the past. However, the topic will not be complete if the truth about what has happened in the past is not touched upon briefly. This explains all the factors that led to the aggravation of the situation, which eventually reached this level.
Location and Background Circassia is the cradle of an ancient civilization, located in the Caucasus region, has a rich and ancient history that dates back to the “…3rd millennium BC by the Kuban culture, which left its remains in many thousands of burial mounds, or kurgans, on the steppes of Ciscaucasia.”
Thus, “Circassia has a confirmed history of more than six thousand years,
consistently and positively contributing to humanity. Circassian civilization
and culture originated in northwestern Caucasus and has existed for a long time. Circassia is situated within the Caucasus Plateau and is considered a natural obstacle. It contains Mount Elbrus, the highest peak in Europe, with an elevation of 18,510 feet above sea level.”. The Circassian coast on the Black Sea extended approximately 300 km, from Anapa in the Northwest to Adler in the Southeast, which included cities like Tuapse, Sujuk-Kale and Sochi.
Conspiracy and Terrorism The Russian Empire found ample time and loyal friends who filled its aspirations with capabilities that would help to acquire the lands and homelands of other peoples and nations according to imperial schemes, to promote colonialism and settlement for its citizens and mercenaries. The irony of fate made the subjugated peoples subordinate to an empire whose only obsession was to take over the homelands and capabilities of these peoples and nations, no matter what the cost.
“The Russian military occupation and annexation after May 21, 1864, was a prelude to delete Circassia from the map of the region. The Russian Empire wanted to take possession of Circassia without the Circassians. They exterminated or displaced the entire population, either to beyond the Kuban River (10% of the population) or to the Ottoman Empire (90% of them).”[3] Its documented that “The genocide committed against the Circassian nation by Czarist Russia in the 1800s was the biggest genocide of the nineteenth century.”
Language and Culture Due to the fact that the indigenous Circassians are dispersed in dozens of countries, and the reality that Circassians living in their original homeland, divided in several non-contiguous administrative entities, their language and survival are inevitably threatened with annihilation. In regard to the Circassian language and culture, “UNESCO has identified Circassian as one of the languages in the North Caucasus at risk of {completely disappearing in the next few decades} given the already low number of people who speak it in that region, the division of the community, and the absence of the use of Circassian in schools and other public spaces.”
The Invasion of Ukraine Repeats the Usual Game Phase 1 of war was initially waged in February 2014, just after the Sochi Winter Olympic Games were over, at a time Ukraine was not ready for war.
Russia utilized a hybrid warfare with troops without any identifying markings. That falls within the scope of violating the known laws of warfare, as if it's a gang war. Also, they implemented a well-thought-out annexation to Russia's plan. Insurgency forces were developed and deployed in southeast Ukraine.
The Russian backed rebels announced the establishment of two breakaway republics in Donetsk and Luhansk, followed by recognizing them by Russia as independent republics.
Russia’s sudden and unjustified invasion of Ukraine (phase 2), in February
2022 intended to occupy and annex parts of the sovereign state. The
unjustified overrun is brutal, cruel, and characterized as a war of
extermination. This is nothing but a repetition of what successive Russian
regimes have done and are still doing since Ivan the Terrible to this day. In
the nineteenth century, my original homeland Circassia, in addition to
Chechnya, Dagestan, and other nations of the Caucasus and beyond, were
invaded, occupied and annexed by the Russian Empire after long aggressive wars marked by oppression and extermination. This resulted in tragedies, atrocities, and repercussions of which they are still evident today. That was for purely colonial and imperial purposes, while religion has nothing to do with it.
The Dawn of Freedom will Rise Again At the beginning of the twentieth century, the government of then, the young Soviet State endeavored to grant the various nationalities the right to selfdetermination;
