Each video typically takes at least 24 hours to create. This includes:

Glace Pistache :

- 500 ml de lait entier
- 250 ml de crème liquide
- 4 jaunes d’oeufs
- 120 g de sucre en poudre
- 200 g de pistaches

- Dans un mixeur réduire les pistache en poudre. Ajouter un peu d’huile et continuer de mixer jusqu’à ce que ça forme une pâte.
- Dans une casserole mélanger le lait, la crème et la pâte de pistache. Porter le mélange à ébullition.
- Blanchir les jaune d’oeuf avec le sucre en poudre. (Mélanger jusqu’à ce que la préparation soit onctueuse et jaune claire).
- Verser le mélange de lait, crème et pistache sur les oeufs petit à petit en fouettant. (Attention à ne pas verser trop vite pour ne pas cuire les oeufs).
- Ajouter la crème dans une casserole et mélanger avec une Maryse jusqu’à ce que la préparation atteigne 84°C.
- Retirer la crème du feu et laisser tiédir.
- Ajouter la crème dans le pot à glace Ninja et le mettre au congélateur pendant 24h (Minimum !)
- Au moment de servir, sortir la glace du congélateur et l’installer dans la Creami.
- Appuyer une première fois sur le bouton : ice cream
- Si la glace est trop granuleuse appuyer sur le bouton : re-spin.
- La glace sera onctueuse et lisse, un vrai banger !

Pâtes à chou :

- 50 g de lait entier
- 50 g d’eau
- 5 g de sucre blanc
- 1 pincé de sel
- 50 g de beurre
- 100 g de farine
- 2 oeufs

- Dans une casserole faire fondre le beurre dans le lait et l’eau avec la pincé de sel.
- Ajoute la farine, mélanger bien à feu moyen / doux pendant 8 à 10 minutes en remuant constamment (le but est d’enlever le maximum d’humidité à la pâte).
- Mettre le mélange dans un cul de poule, ajoute le premier oeuf et mélanger jusqu’à ce qu’il soit complétement intégrer à la pâte.
- Répéter l’opération avec le second.
- Mettre votre pâte à chou dans une poche à douille.
- Sur une plaque allant au four avec du papier cuisson former vos choux.
- Cuire à 170°C pendant 25 à 30 minutes (Attention, ne surtout pas ouvrir le four pendant la cuisson, fais toi confiance ! Ils vont poussé !)
- Laisser refroidir.

Profiteroles :

- Couper les choux en deux (vas y doucement c’est très fragile)
- Ajouter une grosse boule de glace à la pistache et refermer avec le haut du choux.
- Tu as plus qu’à servir ça à ta Vie avec un déluge de chocolat, tu vas te régaler !!
