The whole world is in a state of panic after hearing ISRO's amazing plan for Chandrayaan 4! Parts of Chandrayan-4 will not be sent in one launch but in two launches! And those parts will be joined later in space. And if this happens, India will become the first country in the world to do so and will create history even before landing on the moon! Now this is being done because the carrying capacity of Chandrayan-4 is going to be more than the capacity of ISRO's most powerful rocket at present. The special thing about this mission is that ISRO is preparing the lander and Japan is making the rover module, that is, this is a joint mission of ISRO and Japan's JAXA. This mission is set to be carried out by 2026. And if this mission of landing on the moon is successful, then India will become the second country in the world after China to do so! The main goal of Chandrayan-4 is to bring samples from the moon. But what do you think, will ISRO be successful in this?

Unutulmamalı bir dilin yok olmasıyla bir kültürün, bir hayatında yok olduğunu, bir dil yok olduğunda, onunla birlikte bilgi dağarcığı da yok oluyor.
Yönetmenliğini Erdoğan Kar’ın yaptığı 2017 yapımı “Kaybolan Diller-Unutulan Sesler” belgeselinin çekimleri Türkiyenin tüm bölgelerinde gerçekleştirildi. Belgeselin Türkiye gösterimi yakında başlıyor.

The film laments the loss of the Circassian language and traditional norms of conduct in urban Kabarda (Eastern Circassia), the only place on Earth where the Circassians form a majority.

Circassian Chicken
Serves 5-6 people
Cooking time: 20 minutes on medium heat.
Ingredients:
6 thin slices of bread,
2 boiled chicken breasts,
480ml of warm milk,
100g of finely ground walnuts,
2 cloves of garlic,
1 tablespoon of chilli flakes,
4 tablespoons of olive oil,
1 dessert spoon of salt,
1 teaspoon of black pepper,
2 tablespoons sunflower oil.
Tips for the perfect dish: Eat when fresh and avoid storing for long periods of time.
Preparation: Remove the bread crusts and place the bread in a bowl. Add 240ml of warm milk and use a utensil to apply gentle pressure to soften the bread. Make sure all the milk is absorbed by the bread, Add 4 tablespoons of olive oil, the finely ground walnuts, a teaspoon of salt and 2 crushed cloves of garlic. Shred the cooked chicken and add to the other ingredients. Add the teaspoon of black pepper. To get the right consistency, add the remaining warm milk and knead all the ingredients for 1-2 minutes. For serving, heat 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil in a pan and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chilli flakes on top. Stir and then remove from the stove. Transfer the chicken mixture to a serving plate and pour over the oil and pepper sauce before serving.
