Circassian Chicken or in Turkish "Çerkez Tavuğu" is a classic Circassian dish, adopted by the Ottoman - Turkish cuisine. The Circassians were tribal folk historically inhabiting the land separating the Black Sea and the Caspian Sea. Circassian chicken made its way into Turkish cuisine during the Ottoman period when the Ottoman Empire controlled much of this region.

Poached and shredded chicken served with a creamy and spicy walnut sauce, it was typically served as a main course, but it became also popular as an appetizer or meze served for the feasts. It can be also a great alternative to chicken salad and delicious filling for the sandwiches.

• 1 kg boned chicken thighs and breast
• 1 cup cornmeal
• 1 cup walnuts
• 2 tbsp chili paste
• 2 tbsp tomato paste

Duygu Demirdağ'ın Hazırlayıp Sunduğu "Bir Arkadaşa Lazım" Programının Yeni Bölümü Yayında. Bu Bölüme Diyetisyen Ersin Özdemir Konuk Oldu. Bu Bölümde Diyabet, Yüksek Kolesterol, Tiroit ve Sağlıklı Beslenme Konuları Masaya Yatırıldı.



Duygu Demirdağ Uludağ Üniversitesi İngilizce Öğretmenliği bölümünden mezun olduktan sonra İngiltere, Middlesex University’de “Medya ve İletişim Yönetimi alanında yüksek lisans yaptı. İspanya, Universidad de Salamanca’da “İspanyol ve Latin Amerika Sineması” ve “Avrupa Birliği Ekonomi ve Politikası” alanlarında eğitim aldı.

Mesleğe üniversite yıllarında Line Tv’de program yapımcısı ve haber spikeri olarak başlayan Duygu Demirdağ, üç yıl boyunca Bu Gece isimli gece bülteninin editörlüğünü ve sunuculuğunu üstlendi.

İlhamını, herkesin keyfini yerine getirme hayalinden alan kültür-sanat programı “Herkesin Keyfi Yerinde”nin yapımcılığını ve sunuculuğunu yaptı. Gündemi akademisyenler, haberciler, sanatçılar ve iletişimcilerle konuştu, “Keyfimiz gerçekten yerinde mi diye?” sordu.

CNN TÜRK Haber Merkezi’ne 2010 yılında katıldı. Muhabir olarak, “Türkiye’nin Enerji Haritası”, “Yeni Muhafazakarlar”, “Yokluk 4 Mevsim”, Yunanistan Ekonomik Krizi” gibi dosyaları hazırladı. 2013 yılında haber aktarımını sahadan stüdyoya taşıdı. Gece Haberleri’ ile başladığı spikerlik yolculuğuna 2 yıl boyunca Hafta Sonu Ana Haber’i sunarak devam etti.

Cnnturk.com için söyleşi ve yazılar hazırladı.

2020 yılında Doğruluk Payı girişimiyle beraber hazırladığı “Doğrusunu İstersen” programını ve Olay TV de Doğrudan Haber programını sundu.
