'Caucasian' actually refers to a person from the Caucasus Mountains. This is a very ethnically diverse regions, which includes Turkic groups, Armenians and Kurds, as well as endogenous Caucasians like Circassians & Georgians. So its kinda silly to generalize a Caucasian race!In the 1800's, craniology was used to define racial groups. The archetypal skull for the 'white race' was found in Georgia. Based on this 'scientific' evidence, & some less objective criteria, the German anthropologist Blumenbach used the term ‘Caucasian Race’, to refer to white people, stating, 'I have taken the name of this variety from Mount Caucasus…because its neighborhood…produces the most beautiful race of men.' (Funny that German scientists are always on the looking to prove just how special a race they are. see Aryan)A broad definition of the term CAN have a practical application, distinguishing a 'white' person (European, MidEastern, North African &some Central/South Asians) from people with distinctly East Asian or African features.Some use a narrow definition to mean blond&blue eyed (Nordic features, tho not all Nordic ppl are blond) By this defi most Italians, French, Greeks, Turks, are....black? brown?And the word looses any practical purpose in distinguishing people physically, but retains the greater goal of making Germans feel special.<br /><br /><br />Caucasian definition by Urban Dictionary

<br>Тесто:
<br>Пшеничная мука - 240 гр. (1,5 ст. на 250 мл.)
<br>Молоко - 50 мл.
<br>Вода - 100 мл.
<br>Дрожжи сухие - 2 гр. (1 ч.л.)
<br>Сахар - 1 ч. л.
<br>Соль - 1/4 ч. л.
<br>Сливочное масло - 30 гр.
<br>
<br>Начинка:
<br>Сыр сулугуни - 150 - 200 гр.
<br>Сыр адыгейский - 100 гр.
<br>Куриные яйца - 2 шт.
<br>
<br>+ куриное яйцо для смазывания перед выпечкой
<br>+ зелень (укроп, петрушка)
<br>+ сливочное масло для подачи

<br>Wheat flour - 240 gr. (1,5 items per 250 ml.)
<br>Milk - 50 ml.

<br>Dry yeast - 2 gr. (1 tsp)
<br>Sugar - 1 tsp.
<br>Salt - 1/4 tsp.
<br>Butter - 30 gr.

<br>Suluguni cheese - 150 - 200 gr.
<br>Adyghe cheese - 100 gr.
<br>Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
<br>
<br>+ Chicken egg for lubrication before baking
<br>+ Greens (dill, parsley)
<br>+ Butter for serving

<br>Выпекать хачапури нужно в предварительно разогретой духовке при 220°С - 15.20 минут + при 220°С - 2.3 минуты. Время выпечки и температура зависят от особенностей Вашей духовки.

<br>Можно начинку не заворачивать в тесто, а всю выкладывать в лодочку. Но, в моём варианте вкуснее.
<br>Если лодочка большим размером, в центр можно выкладывать всё яйцо, если меньшим - желток.

The Marmara Esma Sultan <br />Istanbul’s rich cultural heritage has left a legacy of outstanding historical sites that provide an exciting backdrop for meetings, special events and theme parties. <br />One of these sites is a mansion located on The Bosphorus the strait that separates Europe and Asia. This mansion reflecting the Golden Age of Istanbul is named after its original owner, Esma Sultan, the daughter of Sultan Abdülaziz I. <br /><br />Esma Sultan was born in 1873 and when she was 16 years old she was married to Mehmed Pasha the Circassian who was one of the leading statesmen of his time. She became a prominent and admired woman known for her lively and colorful character. <br />One of these mansions in particular, after withstanding neglect and suffering a fire and an earthquake, ended up first as a tobacco warehouse and then as a coal depot. The ruins were taken over by The Marmara Hotels group in the 1990’s, and finally, in 2001, the mansion was given a new cultural identity.
