Watch as we give our Franna crane winch a complete transformation! First things first we’re getting everything cleaned up using the hotwash for the internal planetary gears and blasting the plates clean with our dustless blaster. But this rebuild isn't just about shining up old parts. We'll be machining brand new components for the cable tension adjuster, starting with making the bosses and shaft with our lathe before drilling and tapping holes for the grub screws in our milling machine. We also countersink the spring arm plates to give a seamless fit for the bolts. With the new parts ready, it's welding time! We'll weld the adjuster plates and bosses together and while the welds cool, we’ll begin meticulously re-assembling the winch. We start with carefully assembling all the planetary gears before they get installed back into the winch drum. Then the plates get bolted in place, before the rebuilt hydraulic motor gets installed and finally, the brand-new cable tensioner takes its place. And just like that, the once-tired winch is reborn! To finish it all off, we'll give it a fresh coat of paint, making it look (and function) as good as new! The Circassians are an indigenous people and nation,
native to the historical country and region of Circassia, in the North Caucasus. They are one of the oldest cultures in the world, traicing their ancestry to the ancient tribes that inhabited region.

In this documentary we document the Russian Empire's Genocide and expulsion of The Circassian People in the 18th Century. Sources state that as many as 1 to 1.5 million Circassians were forced to flee in total, but only a half made it alive. Ottoman archives show nearly 1 million migrants entering their land from the Caucasus by 1879, with nearly half of them dying on the shores as a result of diseases. If Ottoman archives are correct, it would make it the Circassian genocide the biggest of the 19th century.

This really Got me offguard, I almost thought he was insulting me at first 😅🤷🏼‍♂️ that’s why it’s so important to be open for different cultures to be different than ourselves and not judge, but try to understand.

If we start an interaction by judging , then we will always find most people from other cultures to be “insulting”, “bad mannered”, “weird”, “disgusting” etc.. But if we first try to understand their culture, understand their way of eating, their way of interacting, then, 100% of the times I end up falling in love with their culture, and I learn something new and fascinating 🙌✨

Also, I always find so interesting how after you notice one thing, you can’t stop seeing it everywhere!
Now that I noticed this Turkish feature 🇹🇷 it’s so much easier to understand them when they speak, because most of the time they do this signs while they speak, so even if I don’t know Turkish, I can understand what they say by reading their signs 🙌

But I have to say this is a feature of the people who live in Turkey, but many of the people in this video are not actually from Turkish descent, but Kurdish, Assyrian, Arab and also Turkish 🇹🇷

The Circassians (Russian: Черкесы Čerkesy), also known by their endonym Adyghe (Circassian: Адыгэхэр Adygekher, Russian: Ады́ги Adýgi), are a Northwest Caucasian nation native to Circassia, many of whom were displaced in the course of the Russian conquest of the Caucasus in the 19th century, especially after the Russo-Circassian War in 1864. In its narrowest sense, the term "Circassian" includes the twelve Adyghe (Circassian: Адыгэ, Adyge) princedoms (three democratic and nine aristocratic); Abdzakh, Besleney, Bzhedug, Hatuqwai, Kabardian, Mamkhegh, Natukhai, Shapsug, Temirgoy, Ubykh, Yegeruqwai and Zhaney, each star on the Circassian flag representing each princedom. However, due to Soviet administrative divisions, Circassians were also designated as the following: Adygeans (Adyghe in Adygea), Cherkessians (Adyghe in Karachay-Cherkessia), Kabardians (Adyghe in Kabardino-Balkaria) and Shapsugians (Adyghe in Krasnodar Krai), although all the four are essentially the same people residing in different political units.
Most Circassians are Sunni Muslim. The Circassians mainly speak the Circassian languages, a Northwest Caucasian dialect continuum with three main dialects and numerous sub-dialects. Many Circassians also speak Turkish, Russian, English, Arabic and Hebrew, having been exiled by Russia to lands of the Ottoman Empire, where the majority of them today live. About 800,000 Circassians remain in historical Circassia (the modern-day titular Circassian republics of Adygea, Kabardino-Balkaria and Karachay-Cherkessia as well as Krasnodar Krai and the southwestern parts of Stavropol Krai and Rostov Oblast), and others live in the Russian Federation outside these republics and krais. The 2010 Russian Census recorded 718,727 Circassians, of whom 516,826 are Kabardian, 124,835 are other Adyghe in Adygea, 73,184 are Cherkess and 3,882 Shapsug.The Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organization estimated in the early 1990s that there are as many as 3.7 million "ethnic Circassian" diaspora (in over 50 countries) outside the titular Circassian republics (meaning that only one in seven "ethnic Circassians" live in the homeland), and that, of these 3.7 million, more than 2 million live in Turkey, 300,000 in the Levant (mostly modern-day Jordan and Syria) and Mesopotamia and 50,000 in Western Europe and the United States.
