Проект «ЛЪАПСЭ» включает в себя серию фильмов, рассказывающих об истории черкесских аулов и их жителей, о происхождении адыгских фамилий, повествует о личностях, прославляющих свою малую родину.

33 серия посвящена аулу Бесленей Хабезского района Карачаево-Черкесской республики.

Фильм снят по инициативе и при поддержке фонда «Гухэлъ». Автор и режиссёр – Марина Кушпова, оператор – Мухамед Ашибоков, монтаж -- Хамзат Озов, графика – Аскер Аутлев, Александр Горпенченко, музыка – Ангелина Лаутеншлегер.

Circassian Circle is an English Country Dance published by Chivers in 1822 (The Handbook of Modern Dancing). But the earliest description I was able to copy was in Wilson of 1852 (The Art of Dancing). https://www.google.co.uk/books..../edition/The_Art_of_

This is a Scottish version which first appeared in RSCDS Book 1 in 1924 (one of the first dozen Scottish Country Dances).

This appears to be the original name for what we now call a "Sicilian Circle". Today we think of it as a way of dancing in a circle rather than longways that can be applied to almost any minor set dance. But once upon a time there was an actual dance of that name.

The animation plays at 120 counts per minute normally, but the first time through the set the dance is slowed down so people can learn the moves more readily. Men are drawn as rectangles, women as ellipses. Each couple is drawn in its own color, however the border of each dancer indicates what role they currently play so the border color may change each time through the minor set.

Kfar Kama was founded in 1876 by Circassians (Adyghe) who were defeated in the Russian-Caucasian war and expatriated from their native lands. People managed to preserve their roots and national identity. They communicate with each other in their native Adyghe language, prepare dishes of national cuisine and dance traditional Circassian dances in national costumes. There is still the rite of the abduction of the bride.
Circassians practice Islam (Sunni).
On weekends and holidays in the village, they organize festivals with dancing and treats, watching movies of the history of the Circassian people.
In the museum, you can see the history of Circassian life over the past 150 years. There are also things found at the excavation site.

Жителям удалось сохранить свои корни и национальную самобытность. Они общаются между собой на родном адыгейском языке, готовят блюда национальной кухни и танцуют традиционные черкесские танцы в национальных костюмах. До сих пор существует обряд похищения невесты.
Черкесы исповедуют ислам (сунниты).
В выходные и праздники в деревне устраивают фестивали с танцами, угощением, просмотром фильмов по истории народа.
Открыт музей черкесского быта за последние 150 лет. Там же находятся найденные на месте раскопок вещи.
