Ein Scharfschütze entscheidet im Ernstfall über Leben und Tod. Phillip (31) vom Panzergrenadierbataillons 112 in Regen hat ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und reflektiert seinen facettenreichen Job bei der Bundeswehr. Nein, mit „American Sniper“ hat der Alltag als Scharfschütze bei der Bundeswehr nichts zu tun. Und auch sonst läuft die Arbeit von Phillip anders ab als im Kinofilm: Zu seinen Aufgaben als Scharfschütze gehört nicht nur das Schießen auf Distanz. Das Orientieren mit Kompass und Karte ganz ohne digitale Hilfsmittel ist genauso Teil seiner Arbeit wie das lautlose und unerkannte Annähern, Beobachten, Aufklären und Schützen der eigenen Truppe. Und ja, beim Bundeswehr-Jargon „kampfunfähig machen“, „rausnehmen“ oder „ausschalten“ geht es um Menschenleben.

Phillip ist Soldat auf Zeit und hat sich für 12 Jahre verpflichtet (SaZ 12). Mittlerweile ist er Stabskorporal, hat also den höchsten Rang in der Mannschaftslaufbahn erreicht (mehr dazu im angepinnten Kommentar) und arbeitet auch als Hilfsausbilder. Wir haben ihn bei einer sogenannten Annährungsübung begleitet. Das Training für die verdeckte Annäherung ist ein zentrales Element der Ausbildung zum Scharfschützen. In diesem Training muss Phillip in einer vorgegebenen Zeit mit seinem Gepäck von etwa 20 Kilo mehrere Kilometer im Wald zurücklegen, sich unerkannt einem Ziel annähern und in einer maximalen Entfernung von 400 Metern eine freie Schussbahn finden.
Es geht durch ein sumpfiges Waldgebiet, das stark mit Dornenbüschen bewachsen ist. Tiefe Wassergräben und Bäche muss er durchwaten und viel Geduld für die perfekte Schießposition mitbringen. Mückenstiche, Dornenkratzer, nasse Stiefel – das gehört für Phillip zum Arbeitsalltag dazu.

This is my favorite production and new images only increased my interest in it. The new soloists fit perfectly into the cult production. The only thing is that confuses the temporal contrast in the costumes. The average viewer will not notice this, but the soloist's costume dates back to an earlier era. And no matter how beautiful it looks, logically the soloist looks "old-fashioned" against the background of the others. Just imagine that you come to the wedding, and there is the wife of the most authoritative person in a century-old dress). Strange, isn't it?)

But this does not affect the overall impression. Sophisticated facial expressions and aristocracy in manners are chained to dance, and movements seem just something natural.

July 15th began just like any ordinary Friday night in Turkey, but has now turned into a victory for democracy in Turkey. Beginning with the spread of statements on social media around 10 p.m., coup d’état rumors regarding the capture of the Bosphorus Bridge by soldiers with tanks turned into reality with invasions and horrible conflicts in just a short period of time. The coup attempt, staged by a small group of soldiers within the Turkish Armed Forces, which happens to be Turkey’s source of pride, expected great triumph. Yet the success anticipated by coup plotters did not come to fruition. The Turkish police and public halted this horrific attempt with an admirable display of courage that night. In the wake of the counterfeit coup notice, people poured into streets at nighttime despite the curfew declared by the junta. The next day, until noon, the Turkish people did not leave the streets until every inch of Turkey was free of pro-coup soldiers and tanks. This was perhaps the first time in the history of the world that a large-scale coup attempt was warded off by the great effort and support of civilians. <br /> <br />We hope that this civil movement by citizens of the Turkish Republic puts an end to the history of coup d’états in the Middle East, which has been ongoing for a century. By exacting a toll on the streets, our people clearly showed that Turkey is no longer a country vulnerable to coup d’état. Turkey may have more difficulties to overcome on its way to becoming the most modern society in the world. However, the Turkish nation clearly showed that they do not want to live in a country under the yoke of the junta. This military junta aimed the guns that are entrusted to them by the state at its own people. They betrayed this noble charge. On the night of July 15, bullets were fired on unarmed people, not only from guns but also tanks and helicopters. The pro-coup soldiers ran over and crushed civilian people with tanks. It is impossible to even attempt to explain this blind rage. Each coup that has ever happened in Turkey was horrible and frightful. However, none of them reached such a level of cruelty as to target and kill the very people of this country. <br /> <br />The night of July 15th was a night that soldiers in the quarters and fearless police in the streets and in official buildings fought heroically. The biggest difference between the night of July 15th and other military coups in the world thus far was that the people joined their hearts into one and poured into the streets, risking their lives to support our audacious police. The reason they took to the streets was not only to protest but also to hold the coup plotters off. And that they did; many of the places the plotters had occupied were regained by the extraordinary bravery of the Turkish people. That night, the Turkish nation hit the streets, united, with Turkish, Kurdish, Cherkess, Albanian, and Arabic people all as one. The coup was protested all over the country, in all cities and distr

We Circassians became invisible.

A few years ago I auditioned for a TEDx Talk and was accepted based on THIS video. No one could measure HOW DELIRIOUSLY HAPPY I WAS!

Then this TEDx Talk was canceled for COVID and for the reasons that the staff could not specifically verify my facts as there was no way for them to verify the information I presented, because our "history" can not be cross-examined and authenticated by any legitimate sources, therefore NOT published. So I was not invited back to do the TEDx Talk after COVID.

So once again...we tried to speak...and were silenced.
The generational trauma of war, genocide and exile is NOT as bad as the pain of being silenced.

SILENCE IS THE ULTIMATE BURDEN WE CARRY...

The Circassian Genocide has been hidden from the world. It is the first genocide of modern European history that ripped Circassians from the coasts of Circassia. For Russia to build their empire they have chosen to destroy the people of Circassia and keep their land. Millions of Circassians died at the hands of Imperialist Russia.

Now 147 years later Circassians are organizing a global initiative against the Sochi Olympic Games. Sochi was the capital of Circassia and the main port where the whole nation was annihilated and forced into exile. Krasnaya Polyana is where the Olympic main venues will be held and that is the site where Russia declared victory over Circassia 150 years earlier.

It's not just about memory it's also about the continual crimes against humanity conducted by Russia against the Circassian nation, environmental destruction of a UNESCO World Heritage site, the corruption where the Sochi Games will cost $50 billion dollars and be the most expensive in history and the annihilation of human rights in the region.

We call upon not just Circassians but to all those who feel passion for humanity.

We also ask all to call their local Russian Embassies/Consulates to ask where is Circassia.
